Returns.
If something we made is not right, we want to hear from you. That is the 100% guarantee.
The thirty-day window.
You have thirty days from delivery to start a return. If you are a day or two over, write anyway. We are reasonable about reasonable things.
Opened tins and teas.
Salves, oils, teas, and anything that goes on or in a person are not returnable once opened. If a sealed jar arrives damaged or defective, we replace it. No return shipment. Send a photo with your note.
How to start.
- Email info@midnightsunmercantile.com with your order number and a sentence about what happened.
- For damage, attach a phone snapshot. That is enough.
- We write back within two business days, usually the same day.
If the return is our fault, we cover shipping. If something failed months later in a way that says we did it wrong, write us anyway.
